Designed a Replicable Course Template for a North American Association

KnowledgeNow partnered with the North American Invasive Species Management Association (NAISMA) to develop a four-module forest pest management course from scratch, with no existing source material to draw from. Storytelling, practical case studies, and interactive knowledge checks replaced static text delivery, and built-in WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility informed every design decision. The completed course now serves as a pilot and instructional design template for modernizing NAISMA's broader course library.

KnowledgeNow collaborated with the Director of the Indigenous Continuing Education Centre at the First Nations University of Canada and their team to assess existing offerings and devise a short-term plan prioritizing Indigenous course content. Development of bilingual, asynchronous courses for online and hybrid learners attending publicly-assisted colleges, universities, and Indigenous Institutes.
